Evergreen shrub or small tree growing 10 - 12 m tall leaves elliptic with a wavy margin flowers small, white, star shaped fruit round cherries, oval-shaped seeds

used to produce instant coffee, espresso blends, and high-caffeine energy drinks, representing about 40–45% of global production. 

Known for its high caffeine (2.0–2.5%) and chlorogenic acid content, it is also utilized in weight management supplements, skincare (cellulite creams), 

and medicinal treatments, including antibacterial applications and coffee charcoal.

Used in anti-aging serums, body scrubs, and brightening face masks for its antioxidant properties
