Evergreen spiny small tree to 3-6 m tall, young leaves reddish, and become dark green above, light green below flowers solitary, white, fragrant fruit oval light yellow, aromatic, and dotted with oil glands

Fruit tree . Limon essential oil was administered on sugar for suppressing coughs. it contains high levels of citric acid. Lemon contains antioxidants  called bioflavonoids. these might be responsible for the health benefits of lemon.
