Annual or Biennial plant, in the first year, it form a rosette, leaves tripinnate 10 cm long with numerous 1-3 cm leaflets flowers compound umbels, yellow to yellowish-green 

Aromatic edible leaves. used fresh or dried in soups, salads and a wide variety of other food dishes ( Potatoes, fish, stews, vegetables, omelets). garnish. Parsley is high in vitamin A, C , several of the B complex vitamins and a number of minerals including potassium, iron, copper and manganese.
